Rental Form and Guidelines

All hall rentals must be booked through the Administrator at the Parish Office.

Payment is due in full the business day following the signing of the rental agreement. A copy of your organization's liability insurance must also be provided at this time. Payment is refundable if the event is cancelled up to 30 days prior to the event.

The key will be issued after payment is received. It must be picked up at the office during office hours prior to the event.
